For all shows in the months of December, January, February and March 2022 – Union Transfer will require all guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination may be given in the form of a vaccine card, paper copy or digital image / photo of a guest’s vaccines card or other documentation showing you are at least two weeks past your last dose (boosters are not required at this time.).
Unfortunately, negative test results alone will not be accepted at this time. Over the last two months we have had to turn away dozens of fans, because their test results have been delayed or other various scheduling issues with Philadelphia’s current testing infrastructure. This policy may eventually change later next year if testing improves in the city.
On the evening of the show, when not eating or drinking, we ask that all guests wear a face mask for their own protection, as well as that of our staff, and the artists performing. Almost all of the artists playing our venue have made this specific request themselves, it is required in the City Of Philadelphia and it is one we fully support.
If you cannot meet these requirements, we can refund your order in full. All refund requests must have been submitted by :
– October 22nd 2021 for shows in December 2021
– December 6th 2021 for shows in January 2022
– December 6th 2021 for shows in February 2022
– December 6th 2021 for shows in March 2022
We are happy to answer any questions and concerns as we navigate these new and uncharted waters. This isn’t exactly what we expected when we finally reopened after being shuttered for seventeen months (!) but after having these measures in place for the past four months with no issues – we feel these are reasonable measures which still kept the night enjoyable and safe!
We can’t wait to finally welcome you all to a show this fall / winter and sincerely hope we will no longer require a Covid protocol come spring 2022.
