For all shows in the months of September and October, Union Transfer will require all guests to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination may be given in the form of a vaccine card, paper copy or digital image / photo of a guest’s vaccines card or other documentation showing you are at least two weeks past your last dose.
Unfortunately, negative test results alone will not be accepted at this time. Over the last two weeks we have had to turn away dozens of fans, because their test results have been delayed or other various scheduling issues with Philadelphia’s current testing infrastructure. This policy may eventually change later in the year if testing improves in the city.
On the evening of the show, when not eating or drinking, we ask that all guests wear a face mask for their own protection, as well as that of our staff, and the artists performing. Almost all of the artists playing in September and October have made this specific request themselves and it is one we fully support.
If you cannot meet these requirements, we can refund your order in full. All refund requests must be submitted by August 30th for shows in September, and September 3rd for shows in October, and should be directed to [email protected].
We are happy to answer any questions and concerns as we navigate these new and uncharted waters. This isn’t exactly what we expected when we finally reopened after being shuttered for seventeen months (!) but after having these measures in place for eight sold out shows this month with no issues – we feel these are reasonable measures which still kept the night enjoyable and safe!
We can’t wait to finally welcome you all to a show this fall! xo ut
